In summary
On 22 August 2026, the authoritative nameservers for kulinaryos.com were moved to the RBX Systems DNS infrastructure. This change is limited to the DNS layer: it does not transfer or modify the applications managed by the existing team.
- The app frontend and the ERP continue to reach the same VPS in Germany.
- Email continues to use the existing Aruba services.
- The institutional website and blog continue to be served by their current infrastructure through the RBX entry point.
Why this was done
The goal is to maintain a documented, version-controlled and verifiable DNS zone, reducing the risk of untracked changes. Application responsibilities remain unchanged: RBX manages name resolution, while the existing systems continue to operate on their servers.
Operational impact
No changes to code, deployments or VPS access are required from Cesare. The public hostnames remain the same:
app.kulinaryos.comerp.kulinaryos.comkulinaryos.comwww.kulinaryos.com
During propagation, some resolvers may temporarily retain previous answers. Monitoring checks delegation, authoritative records, public resolvers and HTTPS until the propagation window is complete.
Checks performed
- Consistent authoritative answers from both RBX nameservers.
- App and ERP reachable over HTTPS on the existing VPS.
- Institutional website reachable over HTTPS.
- Aruba email records preserved, including MX, SPF, DKIM and DMARC.
- No active DS record during the transition, avoiding an inconsistent DNSSEC chain.
Reversibility
The previous configuration was documented before the migration. The RBX zone is kept under version control and the changes remain reversible. Any future intervention will follow the same sequence: proposal, review, authorized application and verification.
